Emily or Em as most called her, was born three minutes before elena, making her the older twin. For years she kept ehr hair just like her sisters,plain brown, and alwyas straight, when she entered middle school she begged her mom Miranda to let her dye it as teachers kept getting her mixed up with elena and then marking her late. Eventually miranda and Grayson gave in and she died it blonde, not a bleach blonde but a nice golden blonde. Emily had a normal, average, fun childhood, her and elena got along perfectly, she lvoed ehr little brother jeremy, and she loved being with her friends Caroline, Bonnie, Matt and Tyler, and even spent time with Vicki, Matt’s older sister, who she truly adored… but then, things and life change for ehr.. her parents died in a crash, she and elena had gone to a party, and unfortunately had no way home other than to call their parents, elena ended up arguing with their parents, causing Grayson to lose focus ont he wet road.. next thing she knew, she was waking up a week later int he hospital.she had bad head trauma which caused her to go into a coma, int hat time, her parents had died, and her Aunt Jenna was now living with me.. she of course blamed elena for arguing an dmaking their dad lose focus.. but she also blamed herself too… it was her idea to go tot he party instead of fmaily game night… and since then she had been quiet, soft spoken. Bio: Eira was the biological daughter of Finn and a witch of what would one day become Mystic Falls, she was concieved a two years before Finn and his family left for reasons she never understood. But Eira was born differently than her mother, she had no magic of her own, what witches called siphoners, they had to draw magic from other living creatures. Eirawas two when her father and his family were turned, and as she got older, she began to seek him out, even against her mother's wishes. Using her magic, she followed his trail to Southern France where a family of nobility was staying with Count de Martel and his two children. Eira had been found by Lucien, who didn't believe that she was looking for her father, and turned her into a creature himself. When Eira awoke, she was in the dungeon of the castle, the Mikaelson's waiting to hear the truth. Eira feared her magic was gone by this change but somehow it wasn't. Finn, finally believing her, released her, but Rebekah introduced Eira as their adopted sister Erika. She had a feeling their mother had kept some family secret from them and was trying to protect the girl. Eira continued using her magic as her family taught her how to live in secret, though she had no daylight ring like the rest of them. So she returned to the New World to her mother, telling her everything. Her mother made Eira a daylight ring and warned her to be careful of her father and his family, telling Eira what happened when she was just a baby, and cloaked her, knowing of Ester's pact with Dahlia, advising Eira to maintain Rebekah's story and announced name. Erika then using her magic and vampirism, compelled her mother to forget her and her family before leaving.
When Finn was daggered in 1114 Italy, Erika stayed with her aunt and uncles, mostly with Rebekah seeing as they were close in age. But Erika desired a life of her own, and Niklaus had no bond to hold over her like their 'always and forever' pact. So Erika eventually left and explored the world. When she ran into Mikael decades later, she refused to tell her grandfather where her aunt and uncles were, but Mikael saw who she truly was, she was no adopted sibling, she was a first born. Even with Erika's refusal to expose her family's location, Mikael vowed to keep her secret from the vile bitch Dahlia and left.
In the 1920s, Erika was with Rebekah and Klaus in Chicago, when she first met Stefan and they fell in love. But she presumed him dead when she was dragged away from Mikael arriving and tearing Gloria's bar apart, not knowing what Klaus had done...
It had been nearly a thousand years of life, and Erika had made a name even for herself in old nobility and parts of the world including the witches world and kept to her story, for now at least. She soon learned Klaus, Elijah and Rebekah were back in Mystic Falls and headed there...

Emily sighed as she left her house that morning, the last year had been crazy since Stefan and Damon Salvatore arrived, she was heading to their house that morning befre school so she could walk with Stefan, she had become close friends with both Salvatore’s and thought of them as fmaily. Even if they were vampires.. vampires and witches and now.. werewolves.. it had been so crazy finding out Mason Lockwood was a werewolf and now Tyler.. she. Had no idea how to handle that information seeing as she had liked Tyler for years. And with all this drama over her and Elena being Doppelgängers of Katherine, and then being kidnapped, and then making a deal with Elojah for protection form his crazy brother.. oit was an alt to handle. ‘’Stefan? You home?’’ She called out as she arrived at the Salvatore boarding house and walked in.
Stefan had lived for a long time, longer than he ever thought he would… 164 years to be exact. Being a vmapire had its ups and downs, like for one, he couldnt handle human blood. He was a ripper.. and being ont he ‘bunny’ diet as dmaon always put it, helped contorl that thirst.. he had travelled a lot. Been all over the place. Lived throguh some key points in history and continued on like it was nothing…. Now he was in mystic falls, had bene for a year. And already so much had happened, like finding not one, but two girls, twins, who wee exact copies of Katherine, a very old and not so nice flame of his and Damon’s… Elena had fallen for damon pretty quickly… it was obvious there, but he liked Emily, as a friend of course, or rather as a sister. She was fun and they hung out a lot. He made friends with caroline, Bonnie, matt, and kinda Tyler, though they butted heads a lot.. and now he was a wolf.. which made things mroe complicated.. and with all this doppelgänger crisis going on, things were stressful for all.. that owning he ehard Emily and greeted her before they started to walk to school ‘’you look tired’’ he siad nad chuckled ‘’I am! Im so tired! I could hardley sleep! Tyler came over, hes stressing out. The next full moon is ocming up. And hes worried’’ Emily siad as they walked ot school. Stefan felt like someone was watching them, but shrugged it off. So much had been going on, and he chalked it up to being a bit paranoid.
Tyler had lived in Mystic Falls all his life, he was born and raised there. His father who was the mayor, and also a major asshole and wound up dead a couple weeks ago, burned down old warehouse he was in, or that what his mother told him. She was the temporary mayor until a vote could be held. During the funeral gathering at the Lockwood mansion, his uncle Mason had shown up. Tyler had eventually pried their family history secret out of him, but Tyler thought it was crap. That was until during a party months later, he accidentally triggered his curse. Tyler had found some of his uncle's stuff in his abandoned truck and seen the videos of his first transformation, he had completely freaked out. Fortunately Emily had been there for him, even standing guard when he lost control she stayed on the other side of the bars and heavy door that kept him from escaping. Now it was the second full moon coming up, and Tyler wasn't sure he could go through that again. Even now as he drove his uncle's old truck to school, Tyler's mind was filled with fear for what was to come.
Erika wasn't like her aunt and uncles, she wasn't an original, but being they hybrid daughter of one helped with some aspects. She had trained with witches for centuries in between travelling and occasionally spending time living with her family in different countries, mostly in Europe but sometimes in America. Erika had surprisingly ran into her uncle Elijah a few months prior, who was in a small town, a few towns over from Mystic Falls. She hadn't been there since she visited her mother after finding her father and his family almost a thousand years ago. It was a simple village with not much of anything, but now it was a town. Thanks to Elijah he had told Erika that Niklaus, Kol and Rebekah were in Mystic Falls and so she sought them out. "Really? The cheer team?" Erika remarked to her aunt. "What? It's traditional!" Rebekah defended and Erika laughed with a roll of her eyes. "I thought you wanted to experience high school not this trash" Erika teased as they stood outside the school. "Oh do shut up Eris" Rebekah sassed back jokingly before going to join the other cheerleaders. Erika rolled her eyes again and shook her head as she leaned back against the wall next to the main doors of the school.
