Stefan looked at Erika and nodded before whispering ‘yes they all know expect Tyler, hes a werewolf but he doesnt know about me and dmaon. Emily wnats. Ot keep it that way’’ he said softly enoguh for just her to hear.  ‘’Ah,moved. For fmaily.not bad, but.. not good either’’matt siad ‘’Matt! Oh my god! You cant just say that! You’re so dumb1’’ Caroline sia dna threw her bread roll at him ‘’what! Its true! It can be good or bad! Shes got a 50/50 chance!’’ Matt sia dmaking them all groan ‘’ignore him, we all. Do’’ Bonnie sia dna dhcuckled ‘’so Erika, i gotta ask you one thing though… you seem to know Rebekah… have you two met. Before?’’ Elena asked and Emily jumped in ‘’yeah they have actually, Rebekah siad they met a. Couple days ago when Erika came into town. She showed her where the school was’’ Emily said, Emily wasnt about to let the others know Erika was a mikaelson, she didnt wnat them to right away ‘’wow thats awfully nice of her’’ Bonnie siad and Emily rolled her eyes ‘’shes not as bad as you guys think.. just… loyal is all’’ Emily siad and elena smiled softly at her ‘’youre heart is way to kind sometimes you know that…’’ elena said and nudged her sister ‘’sometime seeing the key word’’ she siad and stefan smiled ‘’she snot wrong.. though i do question thatthin line between nice and borderline crazy’’ stefan siad and the others laughed ‘’hes got yu there’’ caroline siad ‘’I remember in 7th grade when Bonnie was being bullied, em here went from playing ont he swings singing to herself to throwing the girl off of the playground bridge and then jumping ontop of her’’ matt said makign them laugh ‘’or that time she tackled one fo the football jocks for making fun of jeremy,  I swear coach was gonna put her ont he team right then and there’’ elena siad ‘’okay!! So i am pationate about protecting you all1 sue me!’’ Emily siad and stefan laughed ‘’you should see her sometimes Erika,you think today was nuts… nope.. not even close..’’ stefan siad ‘’okay whos side are you on here!!’’ Emily whined out,making stefan laugh ‘’I’m ont he side that isnt gonna get hit by you’’ he stated and Emily rolled her eyes ‘’you all suck! Except Erika.. I officially like he rover all. Of you now. Suck it’’ Emily siad and rolled ehr eyes a bit. 

‘’What’s thats supposed to mean Bonbon!’’ Emily siad using the nickname dmaon gave her knowing she hate sit ‘’oh no! Dont you start with that!’’ Bonnie sia dna Emily sughed before her phone buzzed and she got up to answer it. ‘’Hello?.. Jer?.. what’s wrong?… yeah i know.. why?… youve got to be kidding me.. really?! Where are you now? Okay come to me, im outside at my usually table with the gang. Kay see you soon’’ she siad softly and returned tot he table and tapped elena ‘’what’s wrong?’’ She asked, seeing Emily’s face ‘’Jer just got jumped… by the jackass jock who trashed the art room.’’ She stated angrily, her good mood gone again as jeremy showed up with a busted lip and a black eye ‘’my god! Jer!’’ Elena siad as both girls ran over to him and looked him over ‘’im okay…  he looks worse than i do.. and to boot, his dad even punched him too to get him off of me’’ Jer said ‘’he did this infornt of his dad!? My god that guy is crazier than i am!’’ Emily siad in disbelif ‘’yeah it was nuts i was coming out fo the gril after grabbing a burger, and he saw me,,said to give you a ménage and then he punched me, i fought back.. and then his dad saw and laid into him after he got him off me. Why the. Hell does he hate you so much?’’ Jeremy asked and Emily sighed ‘’ probably caus ei turned him down last year. Multiple times. He’s a scumbag. ‘’ Emily siad and sighed ‘’Im so sorry Jer.. this is all my fault’’ she siad softly ‘’like hell it is. The guys just a jerk’’  Jer said but everyone could see how guilty Emily felt ‘’em… come on, non of this is your fault.. the. Guy just cant hnadle things like a normal person… ‘ stefan siad gently form his seat ‘’he was bound to snap eventually,jsut be glad his father stepped into help jeremy… and you..’’ stefan added. But Emily wasn’t buying it,she didnt say anything she just grabbed her bag and walked off. Stefan sighed as he watched his friend leave, Tyler going after her. ‘’Jer why dont you sit’’ stefan siad and motioned tot he spot Tyler was sitting in, elena moved him there and stefan sighed ‘’you sure youre gonna be okay?’’ Stefan asked ‘’yeah im fine, at least this time Aunt Jenna cant say it was my fault. For once i was actually not egging someone on’’ Jer said lighting the mood a bit. 

 Emily moved back from Tyler,taking her arm away frm him. She wasnt int he mood for this right now ‘’can you just not! Tyler! Just leav eme alone right now.’’ Hse said as she got away from him and walked off. She grabbed ehr phone out and called Elijah. Asking him to pick her up because she needed his help. It wasnt long before Elijah showed up, he had sent a text to Erika asking what had happened, as he got a frantic call from Emily.  ‘’What ahppened?” Elijah asked as he drove off with her ‘’his name is carter, hes this messed up jock from school .he completly destroyed the art room, and now he just attacked Jeremy’’ she ssaid ‘’well thats not.. why did you not inform me?’’ Elijah asked but Emily sighed ‘’i kinda went all nuts on carter, he retaliated by going after Jer… i hate asking this.. but.. is there naything you can do to make him… i dont know… vanish? But wihtout the killing? His dad wants him to go to military school, but kniwing carter he’d just get out and come after me in some way again’’ she said gently ‘’well… i can do something. After all i am protecting you and not just from my brothe,r but anyone who seeks to harms you. Ill do what ican’’ Elijah ssaid gently. 

Stefan sighed as he looked at Jeremy. ‘’I can actually belive that Carter did this… the guy is nuts’’ matt said gent;y ‘’its not just being crazy… people liek that… have always ahd.. issues.. they just… got good at hiding it until they cant anymore.. Emily doesnt take crap from anyone. But somtimes that causes mroe harm than good ‘’ stefan said gently ‘’yeah youre telling me.’’ Jeremy said and winced a bit as he out the ice pack back on his eye ‘’Jenna is not gonna be happy about this’’ elena siad gently as she hande dhim a tissues for his still bleeding lip. ‘’ hey Ty, where’s Em?” Matt asked seeing him come back, matt moved over a bit to let Tyler sit ‘’she ran off didnt she?”stefan asked and saw Tyler nod. He sighed and called dmaon ‘’hey can you find Emily for us? She ran off from school. Ill epxlaine verythign when I beat back home’’ he said into the phone ‘’thanks, call me when you get her’’ he said and hung up ‘’damon Will burger to the boarding house, you can pick her up there after school. ‘’ stefan said to Tyler with. Shrug. 

By the end of the day Emily was with Damon int he boarding house. Elijah had handed her off after dealing with carter and his family and dropped ehr off, telling her to cool off and let damon kepe an eye on her while he made sure carter and his fmaily lef the town for good.  Emily was sitting in the lviing room on her laptop waiting for her ride, since sh ehad walked to school that day she needed someone to pick her up and she messaged Tyler asking him to pick her up and if he still wnated to grab something to eat, she texted Erika saying the movie night was still on and sent her her adress, saying to be there by 6pm. 

For the rets of the day, stefan showed Erika round the school and to her classes,  he didnt mind spending time with the girl. She was actually pretty funny. He had informed Erika where Emily was when dmaon texted him saying Elijah dropped her off there… ‘’hey Erika, you wanna grab something to eat? You have a bit ebfore you go to Emily’s right?” Stefan asked as he walked to the front doors with ehr after school 

Emily sighed a bit. She hadnt replied to Tyler’s text, other than witha thumbs up emoji,  ‘’you know instead of sulking. You and i could have some fun’’ dmaon stated making wierd dance moves, which made her laugh ‘’shut up Damon’’ she said and threw a pillow at him just as the doorbell rang ‘’ill get it!’’  He said and walked off making her chuckle ‘’ooohh Eeeee!! Your little boyfriend is here’’ damon said and she grabbed her bag and coat and walked to the front door ,seeing Tyler there ‘’hey’’ she said gently with a soft smile. ‘’Thanks for letting me chill here Damon’’ she said and gave him a hug ‘’hey no worries. Besides your aunt Jenna would kill. Me if I let you go wandering off’’ Damon’s aid and Emily snorted a laugh ‘’whatever bye’’ she said and walked off to Tyler’s car. And got inside. 

‘’Hey if you don’t wanna come… then.. i can just go. Myself’’ stefan teased at Erika and chuckled as they walked ‘’ so now that we’re no longer aorund everyone.. i have to ask somethign thats been bugging me. Youve.. been aorund.. for a while right? Nd you mistook me for someone else today..  obviously someone you use to. Know.. can i.. ask.. who that was?” Stefan a sked as they walked awya formt he school heading into the mro downtown area of the town toget tot he grill. Stefan was curious as to why Erika was so adamant at first about knowing him.. he knew he didnt know her but he could tell. That somethign else was going on.
